There are two Ultimate Trails Triathlon options to choose from, solo or teams of three. The Ultimate Trails Triathlon is over the Olympic distance, with a 1500m open water swim, a 35km mountainbike ride and a 12km trail run. This is for relatively experienced triathletes only. The Ultimate Trails Team Triathlon is for teams of three, each team member competing one of the disciplines
