Your entry includes an Ultimate Trails MTB T shirt memento for all finishers, along with online entry admistration fee, free camping on Friday & Saturday evening for competitors and free onsite car parking for competitors on Saturday. Final Details will be available for download at least one month before the event, along with the Event Rules and Disclaimer, which all paticipants will be required to sign on registering.

The starts for the Ultimate Trails MTB 50km Challenge, the Ultimate Trails MTB 25km Challenge and the Ultimate Trails MTB 11hr Enduro will depend on the numbers in each event, and will take place from 13.00pm with a short prologue.
There is a lower age limit of 16 for the senior 50km & 25km events. The lower age limit is 18 for the 11hr Enduro event.

Cancellation, Transfers & Refund Policy
Your entry and number is individual to you and is non-transferable and non-refundable. Competitors using someone else’s number can have serious consequences in the event of a medical emergency. The accuracy of the race results is also affected when competitors are placed in the wrong event, age or sex category. Any competitor using someone else’s number will be disqualified.
Duplicate entries made in genuine error will be refunded in full.
No refunds will be given if the event is forced to be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, for instance by order of the Government or landowners due to Foot and Mouth disease.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel entry applications, or alter the date of the event, the course route or the distance.
